How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your size, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to our official size chart found on each product page for the most accurate fit.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your helmet has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for helmets?
We offer a 30-day return policy for helmets in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that have been worn on a ride cannot be returned.
Are HJC helmets covered by a warranty?
Yes, HJC helmets are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration varies by model, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years from the date of purchase or manufacture.
Can I purchase replacement shields or internal pads?
Absolutely. We carry a full line of replacement parts including anti-fog shields, sun visors, cheek pads, and breath guards specifically designed for your HJC model.
Are your helmets DOT and ECE certified?
All HJC helmets sold in the US meet or exceed DOT FMVSS 218 standards. Many of our performance models also carry ECE 22.06 certification for international safety compliance.
