At HJC Helmets US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet or accessory in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
